Cynthia Holifield Cohen, LCSW-S, is a Texas Board–approved clinical supervisor and homeless veteran social worker with experience in substance use, geriatrics, adult acute mental health, primary care social work, and Veterans. She uses a collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, drawing from narrative therapy, solution-focused work, motivational interviewing, coaching, and resiliency models.

• For: LMSWs in Texas working toward LCSW (3,000 hours / 100 supervision hours)

• Format: Virtual,  group supervision

• Rates: $25 group (max 6)

• Current opening: Sunday group, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. CST (3-15 minute breaks)

You’ll get support with assessment, diagnosis and case formulation, documentation, ethics, and real-world clinical decision-making while staying grounded in client care and social work values.
